1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how TI SERVICES CONSULTING (TISCON), a company registered in France, operating the mobile and web application AfricaDjangui, collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of its users.
By using the AfricaDjangui application, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our application.
This policy complies with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Google Play requirements, and applicable data protection laws.

4. Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creation and management of your user account
- Management of your platform subscription (subscription, renewal, upgrade)
- Creation and administration of associations/meetings
- Tontine management: cycles, contributions, distributions, auctions
- Financial management: savings, loans, custom funds, savings bank and credit, casse banque (annual distribution)
- Meeting management and attendance tracking
- Sending notifications related to your activities (reminders, confirmations)
- Generation of receipts and financial reports (PDF)
- Processing payments through integrated gateways (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, PayPal, Stripe)
- Improving user experience and service quality
- Fraud prevention and platform security
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance: providing our services requires processing your data (account creation, subscription management, financial features).
- Consent: for optional data (profile photo, date of birth, bio) and sending promotional communications.
- Legitimate interest: for platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Legal obligation: for retention of transactional data in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
6. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. Your data may be shared in the following cases:
6.1 Within Associations
Members of the same association can see your name, role, and profile photo. Administrators (admin, president, treasurer) access financial data related to the association as part of their management duties.
6.2 Service Providers
- Supabase (database hosting and authentication)
- CinetPay (Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money payments)
- PayPal (international payments)
- Stripe (credit card payments)
These providers process your data solely for the services they provide to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
6.3 Legal Obligations
We may disclose your data if required by law or in response to a legitimate request from public authorities.
7. Data Storage and Security
7.1 Storage Location
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. Servers are located in the European Union or in countries providing an adequate level of protection.
7.2 Security Measures
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Password encryption (irreversible hashing)
- Role-based access control (RBAC) with Row Level Security (RLS)
- All business logic executed server-side via secure SQL functions (SECURITY DEFINER)
- Logging of access and critical actions
- Regular database backups
- Secure file storage policy (profile photos, logos) in buckets with access policies
8. Data Retention Period
- Account data: retained for the duration of your use of the service, then 3 years after account deletion.
- Transactional and financial data: retained for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
- Subscription data: retained for the duration of the subscription and 30 days after expiration (before automatic deletion of associations).
- Technical logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months.
- Profile photos and logos: deleted with the account or association.
9. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data held by AfricaDjangui.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data directly from your profile in the application.
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your account and personal data.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
- Right to restriction of processing: request restriction of processing in certain cases.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at dev@tiscon.fr. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) in France or your local data protection authority.
10. Protection of Minors
The AfricaDjangui application is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at dev@tiscon.fr so that we can delete it.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The AfricaDjangui mobile application does not use cookies. The web version (www.africadjangui.com) may use technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service (authentication, session preferences). No third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies are used.
12. International Data Transfers
As AfricaDjangui is used by African communities and their diaspora, data may be transferred to various countries. In all cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) to protect your data in compliance with the GDPR.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy periodically. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you by in-app notification and/or email. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
14. Payment Data
AfricaDjangui does not store any credit card data on its servers. Payments are processed securely by our certified partners:
- Stripe: PCI DSS Level 1 certified for credit card payments.
- PayPal: certified and regulated payment platform.
- CinetPay: certified mobile payment aggregator for Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money.
- Bank transfer and cash payments are manually validated by our team.
Only information necessary for transaction tracking is retained (amount, date, reference, status, payment method used).
15. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting dev@tiscon.fr. Deletion results in:
- Deletion of your profile and personal data.
- Deletion of your profile photo from storage.
- Disassociation of your account from associations you are a member of.
- Retention of transactional data for the legally required period (anonymized).
- If you are the creator of associations, a 30-day grace period is applied to allow transfer of management.
